The MityMic is the perfect companion for conducting interviews, recording lectures/meetings/music or taking simple voice memos with minimal sound interference on your iPod Touch or iPhone.

The snugly fitted 3.5mm gold-plated plug allows the MityMic a full 360 degree rotation while plugged into your iPod Touch or iPhone. The recording head extends from the base, minimizing collateral vibrations interference.

A professional grade windscreen foam is included to protect your MityMic from moisture and to eliminate “pops” and noise from high volumes and windy environments.

NOTE: When MityMic is plugged into your iPod/iPhone you won’t be able to use the onboard speaker for sound output. You must remove the MityMic then play back your recordings. (The Skype app has an option to enable the onboard speaker even when the mic is plugged in, so you could use MityMic for placing Skype calls. However most other apps do not have this function.)

The Olympus TP-7 Telephone Pickup allows you to use your iPhone or iPod Touch to record both sides of a phone conversation.

Just plug the TP-7 jack into the jack of the "TouchMic 3rd Party Mic Adapter Cable" (included with purchase), then plug the 3rd Party Mic Adapter Cable into your iPod Touch/iPhone. Your next step is to enable a recording app such as Voxie or Voice Notes then put the earphone side of the TP7 into your ear. (note: if using iPhone to record you must use a separate telephone for your conversation.)

When speaking on the telephone the iPod Touch/iPhone will capture both sides of the conversation, acting as a microphone though it cannot playback sound. The TP-7 is recommended for cellular phones and landline phones.
